Yigal Ohanna – Owner.
One of the veteran sound people in the country. An experienced recording and mixing technician with a sharp ear. He is the owner of the Pausa Recording Studio, owner of "Avir" and the Southern Command Choir. He produces using a mix of analog and digital machinery. His military duty was conducted in the Air Force performance troupe surrounded by top-notch musicians. He also works as an artistic producer and has established 4 recording studios for the professional market. He established the "Pausa Recording Studio" as a music studio for artists.

Tomer Fink – Manager of the Audio Department.
Is a proclaimed technical and music junky. He is a graduate of the "Record" School for Sound. He lived for several years in the US where he wrote and recorded two albums with the "Subterranean Masquerade" band and worked with the renowned grammy-winning producer, Neil Kernon. He currently works at the "Pausa Recording Studios", and also on a freelance basis with a number of sound amplification service companies. He is also a member of the band "Latenight Airport".

Alon Ohanna – Musical Producer.
Producer and Musical Adapter. Alon composes and writes music for cinema, theatre, television and radio. He has musically produced a wide range of artists and compositions within different styles of music. He is an expert in consolidating a musical concept, artistic consultation, editing, programming, samplers and keyboards. He plays with an electronic ensemble called Disiac along with Gil Merom, and May Feingold. Alon has also participated in a critically acclaimed project called "Hebrew Work" (Artists: Alona Daniel, Ronit Shahar, David Jaur, Dikla, May Feingold and more...)

Jean Paul Zimbers – Musical Producer.
Jean Paul Zimbers is well known since the mid 70's as one of the best drummers in Israel. He is known as a drummer who seals his mark on every productions he takes part in. Zimbers participated in a number of pivotal albums in the careers of some of our most renowned artists including Natasha's Friend, Yehudit Ravitz and lately has also worked with Avinoam Nini. After almost thirty years as a drummer Zimbers is also broadening his musical involvement in the field of musical productions.

Oren Sandrey – Technical Adapter.
He is a graduate of the Voice Engineering course at Kinneret College. He works as a recording technician and is part of the musical production staff of the "Ba'alma" band. He produces amplifying and lighting systems for Theatre productions, dance and musical performances. He is also a musician and plays guitar and other percussion instruments, and appears with a number of ensembles.
