Pausa Theatre conducts Theatre and creative drama courses, which are conducted regularly throughout the year, and are adapted for different age groups from youth to adults..
The work process is continuous, and entails a deep and captivating investigation – personal and as a group – of acting and theatrical principles.

The group members experience numerous improvisations, which constitute a basis for the continuous work and this type of training is used as an amazing tool for spontaneity, flow, ability to express oneself in the moment, listening to their partner and themselves; an incorporated expression through the body – word – feelings and more. The improvisation also constitutes one of our tools when we continue building a multi-layered character, through the work on the scene and speech "live" on stage, and in communication with work partners and the audience.
The Theatre work enables contact with our creative side, even when we are wearing different garments, utilizing a written text and a plot that belongs to another life. In the class we experiment with various work with real or made up situations, various texts, movement on stage and non-verbal improvisation, abstract and stylized work, and of course familiarity with all of the Theatre components.
Each year the course conducts two performances that are open to the public, which constitutes the finality of the process. The work towards a production is a little more intensive and contributes greatly to the consolidation experience and the interaction between the group members.

The courses are intended for people who are interested in the long-term process. The work during the courses is deep, serious, enjoyable and releasing. The acting and theatrical work enables a renewed connection to our inner child, and is bound to contribute significantly to people's inner flexibility and their ability to get in touch with your feelings.
And above all, we are talking about a framework that invites pleasure, release from the day-to-day routine and renewed surprising familiarization of each person with himself.
