In recent years, we have worked in close collaboration with Pausa Production House on several educational and tourism projects.
The team at Pausa demonstrated a remarkable ability to align themselves with our project goals and values, adapting their workflow to meet demanding schedules. Project management was handled exceptionally well, with precise synchronization between various professionals, strict adherence to third-party supplier deadlines, insightful recommendations, creative solutions, and thorough monitoring throughout the pilot phase. Across all projects, they successfully adapted to technical and content shifts, rising to every challenge encountered along the way.
Pausa learned to "speak our language," which contributed significantly to the success of our initiatives and enabled them to meet the high standards we established.
Today, we are reaping the rewards of these successful projects, thrilled to have chosen Pausa Production House, and highly recommend working with them.
Sincerely,
Shmuel Adler

We highly recommend Yigal Ohanna and Pausa Production House for their outstanding management and production of 39 resilience spaces in elementary schools across Israel’s northern conflict zone.Led by the Resilience for Our Children Initiative by Shitufim in partnership with the Ministry of Education, this large-scale project brought together schools, local authorities, planners, designers, suppliers, and craftsmen.
Led by Yigal, Pausa turned a vision into reality - building an actionable work plan and seamlessly coordinating dozens of partners and moving parts.Yigal and the Pausa team consistently showed professionalism, agility, and dedication to real-time field needs. Their work stood out in every detail: strict timelines, proactive problem-solving, and customized designs tailored to each school and community.
Pausa also drove the creative concept, translating therapeutic goals into a thoughtful design language that balances aesthetics, comfort, and function. They created safe, inviting spaces tailored specifically for the emotional well-being of both children and staff. Despite the scale, each room was treated as a bespoke project rather than a standardized build.
Working with Pausa was a true partnership built on trust, dialogue, and a shared mission to empower communities on the front lines. We deeply thank Yigal and Pausa Production House and recommend them without reservation for complex, multi-partner projects requiring high-level coordination, creativity, and execution.Best regards,

Not long ago, we embarked together on a journey to create a center celebrating Na'amat’s centennial - dedicated to education for gender equality. The challenge was immense, and in many ways, it still lies ahead.
In education, as in shaping historical and value-driven narratives, there is no room for standing still and no time for rest. We cannot know the full extent of the ripples this center will create across Israeli society, but we do know that within our resources, we did everything in our power to build the very best for Na'amat, for Israeli society, and for generations to come.
The result—Meshanot: Na'amat Center for Gender Equality—is a beautiful, innovative, intriguing, thought-provoking, and enriching home.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the dear team at Pausa Production House for your partnership, creativity, openness, and intellectual flexibility. Thank you for the seamless teamwork, the fine-tuning, the course corrections, the debate, and above all—for making this feel like far more than just another "job" or "project." It was clear that, much like Na'amat is to us, this initiative touched on issues that are deeply personal and meaningful to each and every one of you.
It is now our responsibility and privilege to bring this space to life for tens of thousands of visitors who will enter, ask questions, explore, and perhaps shift their perspectives. For you, it is an opportunity to remain ambassadors of Na'amat and champions of education for gender equality wherever you go.
With sincere appreciation,
Hagit Peer

Letter of Appreciation for Collaboration on the Establishment of the "Menifa Space" – Gender Equality and Equity Space at the Rehovot Pisga Center
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Yigal and the team at Pausa Production House for a highly professional and effective collaboration, from the initial planning stages of the space to its actual realization.
One of the stand-out advantages of working with Pausa was our exposure to their creative vision. Together, we succeeded in developing a wide range of educational, creative, and experiential activities that encourage critical thinking while promoting knowledge.
The unique perspective and creativity that the Pausa team brought to the table enable educational teams to think outside the box and view the world through different lenses—something we truly hope will foster a more tolerant and equitable society. The team's personal connection and dedicated commitment to the issue of gender equality contributed immensely to our shared work and achievements.
We warmly recommend Pausa Production House to anyone seeking to create an experiential, interactive, and truly unique space.
Sincerely,
Pazit Sheni – Director, Rehovot Pisga Center

Upon the completion of a complex production project at the heritage and memorial site of Kvutzat Kinneret - "Revital’s Sukkah" - I would like to summarize the work performed and praise the final result.
"Revital’s Sukkah" was established in memory of a daughter of Kinneret who passed away in the prime of her life. It is located within the kibbutz's orchards, overlooking the community and the charming valley landscape.
We were looking for a way to enrich this well-maintained and beautiful site with content that would deepen the memory - and we discovered local stories written and edited by Revital during her studies at the "Oranim" College in the kindergarten teacher-training track. These are heritage stories that convey memories from the early days of the Kvutza.
We sought a contemporary way to present and play these stories for visitors to the Sukkah - with an emphasis on connecting to the younger generation: young adults, youth, and children.
I searched online and found "Pausa Production House."
The connection was immediate, and I felt I had found a professional, creative, bold, and enthusiastic partner. All the professionals I met showed patience and interest in the subject - they studied it deeply and, most importantly, helped me expand my perspective on how to create a production, script, and edit a folk story.
The result is impressive and moving. Above all, it is accessible, and people of all ages can connect to it. From the feedback of visitors who have been to the Sukkah so far and viewed the stories scattered across the stations - I understand that the realization of the dream we wove has achieved much more than expected.
I thank Yigal and the entire team. I highly, highly recommend them.
